Curtis Head, age 44 and Sherry Dean Head, age 50 both of Radcliff, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, September 16, 2018.
Curtis was born on March 2, 1974 in Louisville, Kentucky. Curtis is preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Donald Head; brother, Terry Ray Head; and sister, Yvonne Lynn Head. Curtis is survived by his daughter, Samantha Rashelle Head, mother, Harriette Head, siblings Jerry (Jackie), Randy (Debbie), Barbie (Dave Wright), Danny (Amy), nephew Jason Head, grandson Logan, and many other nieces and nephews.
Sherry was born December 23, 1967 in Woodstock, Illinois. Sherry was preceded in death by her mother, Jennifer Burson. Sherry is survived by her sons, Jaron Lockridge and Corey McMillen; grandchildren, Emma, Amelia, Spencer and Elijah; her father and step-mother, Dean and Sue Waddell; sisters, Deana Carter, Beth Cleaver, Wendy Hamil and Cathy Rankin; her brothers, Terry Brown and Tommy Hamil; and aunt, Linda Warner.
Both are also survived by a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation will be from 12:00 pm until the time of the memorial service at 3:00 pm on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions East Louisville Chapel, (235 Juneau Drive Louisville, KY 40243).
Memorials may be made to Hosparus or the Hardin County Community Clinic.
