She was born on June 24, 1965 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Ruhl Dennis and Donna Napier. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Crystal is survived by two sons, Jon C. Conen & William J. (Lindsey) Holmes, and aunt, Faye Bowman.
