He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Dorrie Blevins; children, Chad Marling (Lillian), Kodi Brooks (Will), Kali Blevins; grandchildren, Maddox, Micah, Harper, and Jayla; mother, Patricia Blevins; and 7 siblings.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. at Grace Church (6901 Mt. Calvary Dr. Louisville KY 40214).
