Listen to Obituary

Cory Alan Kincaid, aged 41, of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, left this world on Thursday, December 4, 2025. He was a beacon of love and kindness, cherished deeply as a devoted husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend.

Cory spent fifteen beautiful years with his loving wife, Brit, celebrating their remarkable journey together for five years of marriage. He worked tirelessly as a machinist at KCC Heating and Air for six years, where he was known not only for his skills but also for his warm spirit. Together with Brit, they dedicated themselves to rescuing animals, embodying the compassion that Cory extended to all creatures. In his leisure time, Cory found joy in simple pleasures—whether it was basking in the sun at the beach, enjoying a round of golf, or, most importantly, creating unforgettable moments with his beloved family and daughter, Hayden, who he loved dearly.

Cory possessed a heart of gold, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need, including the homeless. His commitment to his faith was evident, as he was recently baptized at Southeast Christian Church - Southwest Campus, a testament to his profound spirituality.

Born on August 8, 1984, in Orlando, Florida, Cory was the cherished son of Terry and Regina (Johnson) Kincaid. He was preceded in death by his loving mother, Regina Kaye Kincaid, whose memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him.

He leaves behind his adoring wife, Brit Kincaid, his precious daughter, Hayden Kincaid, and his father, Terry A. Kincaid. His brother, Chad (Crystal) Kincaid, as well as his nieces, Caitlin and Cora, and nephew, Carson, will carry his memory forward, along with his beloved furbabies—Boo-Boo, Cuddle Bug, Little Bit, and Twinkle Toes—and a wide circle of extended family and friends who were privileged to know him.

Visitation will take place from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, with a Funeral Service beginning at 6:00 p.m. on the same day.

In honor of Cory’s spirit and compassion, the family kindly requests that donations be made in his memory to the Kentucky Humane Society or The American Cancer Society.
