Mrs. Constance (Connie) Lynn Smitha, age 49, passed away Monday, November 1, 2010 at her residence. She is preceded in death by her father, Marion Coffey. Connie is survived by her mother and step-father, Dorothy (Powe) and Wayne Lewis; sister, Nancy Coffey; friend and former husband, John Smitha; and a host of friends.
Memorial ceremony will be 8:00 p.m. Thursday, November 4, 2010 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive in Middletown, with visitation from 6:00 p.m. until time of service.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kentucky Humane Society.
