Connie Ruth McBride, 50, of Louisville,Kentucky was called home on Wednesday, May13, 2015. She was born on August 26, 1964 in Sacramento, California to Charles and Shirley Nunley. Connie worked as a cab driver for many years. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting, UofL basketball, and spending time with family and friends.

Connie is survived by her children, Samantha, Jennifer, and Alton McBride Jr., grandchildren, Chelsy McBride, Sarena Juarez, Isabela, and great-grandchild, Izaak Mendez, uncle Glenn Foley, along with her companion, James Walters, and her best friend, David Lawrence.

Visitation will be on Sunday, May 17, 2015 from 12 to 6 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana 47150). Her Funeral Service will be on Monday, May 18, 2015 at 11 AM at the funeral home with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
