Colleen S. Lewis, 77, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, August 12, 2020. Colleen was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church. She was an Ursuline Associate, of Louisville, Kentucky. Colleen enjoyed playing cards, traveling, and being with family and friends. She was a Caretaker and took care of many patients in their homes.

She was born on March 11, 1943 in Louisville, Kentucky to Stanley and Frances (O'Meara) Davis. She is preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, Eligha Lewis, Sister, Hazel McCulloch, Brothers, Daniel Davis, and Patrick Davis, and Special Friend, Donald Miller.

Colleen is survived by her Sons, Billy (Wendy) Lewis, Tony Lewis, Grandchildren, Kristin Lewis, and Austin Lewis, Great-Grandchild, Adalynn Banks, Sisters, Sister Julia Davis, OSU, and Deanna Kremer.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). A Catholic Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, at Newcomer Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Highland Memory Gardens in Mount Washington, Kentucky.

The family requests that contributions in Colleen's memory be made to the Ursuline Sisters of Louisville .
