Cody Lee Clements

Cody Lee Clements, 32, of Louisville, Kentucky, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2026. Born on September 29, 1993, in Louisville, Cody was a devoted son, brother, uncle, and friend who touched the lives of many. Known for his hard work, honesty, trustworthiness, and unwavering loyalty, he was someone who never had a bad word to say about anyone. An avid fan of sports and music, particularly a dedicated supporter of the University of Kentucky, Cody had a special gift for bringing positive energy and the best out of those around him. He cherished spending time with his family, enjoying outings and meals together, always watching over and caring deeply for his loved ones.

Cody was preceded in death by his sister, Ashley Nicole Grennell-Toogood, as well as his grandparents Sue Edgin and Steve-Clements; great-grandparents GC and Alma Clements. He is lovingly remembered by his family, including his father and stepmother Harley and Amanda-Clements mother Michelle Maxine Clements, brother Tyler Clements, grandfather Rickey Poynter, grandparents; Rickey-Poynter, Phyllis Lynch, Lisa Taylor and Steve Clements, nephew Jaedyn Peacock, and numerous uncles, aunts, and extended family who will forever cherish his memory.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, located at 10304 Dixie Hwy. The funeral service will follow at 4:00 p.m. at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests contributions be made in Cody’s memory to The Beacon House, honoring his spirit and legacy.
