Clyde Ray Hayes, 72, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2018. He was born in Huff, Kentucky on December 29, 1945 to the late Clyde D. and Mallie Rae Hayes.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Dorothy Dean, Nelda Rose, Raphael Ellen; brothers, James O. and Joseph C.

Clyde is survived by his beloved wife of 20 years, Theresa Hayes; daughters, Melissa S. (Robert) Doggett and Angela M. (Brian) Donlon; step-daughter, Christine M. (Rob) Stienborn, step-son, Benjamin J. (Crystal) Raney; sisters, Agnes Humphrey, Mary E. Pollei, Norma J. (Bill) Sturgeon, Francis L. Johnson, Marcy P. (Bill) Friend, brother, Richard A. (Jan) Hayes; grandchildren, Meagan, Brett and Brook Doggett,Cameron and Ethan Donlon; step-grandchildren, Patrick Mattingly, Rachel and Rosalie Stienborn, Madison and Mason Raney; great grandchildren Marley and Gavin; and a host of beloved nieces and nephews and friends to mourn his passing.

Mass will be 10:00 am Saturday, January 20, 2018 at St. Peter the Apostle (5433 Johnsontown Rd. Louisville, KY 40272) with a visitation from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Friday, January 19,2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, Kentucky 40272.
