Clara Mae Haselden, 99, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 29, 2020.
She was born on April 17, 1921 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Frank and Sarah (Bunnell) Faris. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Wilmont Kelly Haselden and 9 siblings. Clara attended Buechel Assembly of God Church and enjoyed reading; especially her Bible. She spent most of her days on her swing on the back porch and spending time with her family.
Clara is survived by her children, Burgess LeRoy Franklin, Sarah (Jerry) Sipes, and Phillip Eugene (Debbie) Haselden, grandchildren, Glenda Franklin (Jeff) DeWitt, Kathryne Franklin Foster, Jessica (Keith) Mills, Amy (Brandon) May, Wesley (Emily) Sipes, and Kelley Tyler-Haselden, her great grandchildren, Lydia Foster, Jacob May, Samuel May, Mackenzie Mills, Madison Mills, Elijah Sipes, Ezekiel Sipes, Elliana Sipes, Kailyn Haselden, Chaz Haselden, and Elijah Haselden.
At this time all services will be private. The family kindly suggest expressions of sympathy be made to the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
