Clara Jean Darnell , 83, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, December 5, 2018.
She was born on March 7, 1935 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Floyd and Mattie (Shake) Parrott. She is preceded in death by her brothers; David Parrott, Rick Parrott, Don Parrott and sister Elsie Aubrey.
Clara is survived by her daughter, Norma Bristoe, son Jimmy Daily (Susan), grandchildren Kelly Whelan, Jason Daily, Jewellea Daily, James Daily, great-grandchildren Amber Florence (Greg), Autumn Whelan, Ashlynn Whelan, and great-great grandchildren Madelyn, Jaxson, Rowan, Violet and Holden. She is also survived by her siblings; Bill Parrott, Ed Parrott, John Parrott, Marilyn Brentlinger of Lexington, KY.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, December 10, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243).
Visitation will also be from 9:00am until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at the funeral home with burial to follow in Pennsylvania Run Cemetery.
