Cindy (Roll) Wiggins

Cindy (Roll) Wiggins, lovingly known as Nanna, Cindy Lou Who, Christmas Queen, and Glitter Princess, passed away on September 6, 2026, in Louisville, Kentucky. She was born on April 3, 1957, in Oxford, Ohio.

Cindy was kind, loving, and giving, and those qualities shaped the way she lived and cared for others. Her nickname Cindy Lou Who reflected her exceptional love of Christmas, a joy that became one of the many ways she was known and cherished by the people around her. She brought warmth, sparkle, and heart into the lives of her family and friends.

She graduated from Talawanda High School in 1975. Cindy later worked as a sales associate for Hobby Lobby, where her creativity and welcoming spirit were well suited to her work. On October 13, 1979, she married her husband, Ken, at the Sesquientennial Chapel in Oxford, Ohio, beginning a marriage that remained a central part of her life.

Cindy is survived by her husband, Ken Wiggins. She is also survived by her children, Ryan M. Wiggins and his wife Michelle, Micah D. Wiggins and his wife Andrea Wilhite Wiggins, and Andrew C. Wiggins and his wife Michelle. She leaves behind her beloved grandchildren, Elizabeth, Faith, Michael, Lincoln, Harrison, and Carter Wiggins, who were a treasured part of her life. She is also survived by her siblings, Bethany Grammel and her husband Scott, and Kelly Winkler and her husband Mark, and her sister-in-law, Lynne Roll. Cindy will be remembered with deep love by her family, who will carry her kindness and bright spirit with them always.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Kent and Beverly Roll; her brother, Mike Roll; and her nephew, Christopher “Dutch” Grammel.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, East Louisville, 235 Juneau Dr, Louisville, Kentucky 40243. A Celebration of Life will follow there beginning at 4:00 p.m.
