Newton Christopher, 53, of Louisville, KY passed away on May 3, 2015.
Chris was born on October 18, 1961, in Bardstown, KY. He is preceded in death by his father, William Bill Newton; siblings, Douglas and Timmy Newton.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Rosie (Hatfield) Newton; one daughter, Jody Burch; three grandchildren, Justin, Jayden, and Ryan; mother, Jean Prather (Ronnie); two special nephews, John Michael and Matt; siblings, Judy, Paul, Donnie and Cheri; his best friend, Jessie; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, May 7, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville). A memorial service to honor the life of Chris will be held Thursday at 3 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home.
