Christopher Alan Miller, 60, of Prospect, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, March 21, 2021.
He was born on September 25, 1960 in Little Falls, New York to Norbert and Vilma (Kochis) Miller. He is preceded in death by his father, Norbert Laetus Miller, brother Bradley Bennett and nephews Jason Bennett and Ryan Bennett.
Chris proudly served our country in the U.S. Army as a Army Photographer, he was a skilled woodworker who won blue ribbons at the KY State Fair. He was an avid sailor and was a compassionate caregiver to his parents.
Chris is survived by his mother, Vilma M. (Kochis) Miller, sister, Alison Schachtner (James Rouleau), brothers, Jackson Bennett (Lynn) and David Bennett (Paula). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, Jeffrey Bennett (Vanessa), Joseph Bennett, Alexandra Schachtner (Richard), Andrew Schachtner (Sarah), and Joseph Schachtner and great-nieces and nephews, Jackson Bennett, Bella Bennett, Cecelia Briscoe, Isadora Bennett, Richard Irwin Williams, III, Silas Schachtner, and Xenia Schachtner.
The family requests that contributions in Chris's memory be made to NAMI Louisville (708 W. Magazine Street, Suite 144 Louisville, KY 40203).
