Christopher David Watson

Christopher David Watson, 46, of Cox's Creek, KY passed away on July 4, 2016. Chris was born in Bowling Green, KY on May 13, 1970 to the late Donnie and Florence Watson. He moved to the Fern Creek area of Louisville at a young age and graduated from Fern Creek High School in 1990. He worked for Diageo in Shively. He enjoyed the outdoors and playing his guitar. Chris married his high school sweetheart, Kim (Hafling) Watson and they had three children, Dakota, Marina, and Sierra Watson.

In addition to his wife and children, Chris is survived by four grandchildren, Aydin, Colten, Logan, and Serena; five sisters, Amy Beckwith Watson, Carrie Kemp, Rebecca Lee Miller, Susan Victoria Watson, and Sara Jo Muncy; and many niece, nephews, and extended family members.

Memorial services for Chris will be held at 5:00 pm Saturday, July 9, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home - East Chapel (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243) with visitation from 2:30 pm until time of service.
