Christine Roy

Christine Roy, 70, of Greenville, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, February 1, 2022. She was born on July 2, 1951, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Leonard and Rose (Marcone) Hoffman. Christine was a very gifted quilter and a member of the Southern Indiana Quilting Guild. Along with her talents and her heart to give to others, Christine was known to make many things as gifts to bless family, friends, and strangers. She was a faithful member of St. Paul Episcopal Church in New Albany.

Christine is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Michael Roy; children, Candice Roy, Samantha (Rodney) Sutherland, and Thomas Roy; sisters, Carol Hoffman (Mark Campbell), Paula Hoffman, and Deanna Hoffman; grandchildren, Vincent Vaughan, Trinity Vaughan, Benjamin Vaughan, and Clinton Sutherland.

Her Memorial Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 19, at St. Paul's Episcopal Church (1015 East Main Street, New Albany, Indiana). Her final resting place will be in St. Paul's Memorial Gardens at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Christine's memory can be made to St. Paul's Pet Pantry or St. Paul's Shepherds Kitchen.
