Born to Zack, Jr. and Norbra (Devine) Hardin, Christine grew up surrounded by family. She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Susan Wimp, Donna House, and Albert Hardin.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Jeffrey Frakes, who stood by her side throughout their life together; her daughters, Suzanna and Sarah Schimpff; seven grandchildren and was blessed with one great-grandchild; her surviving siblings, Fayteen Brashear, Jesse Norton, Edward Hardin (Debbie), and Bernice Wilson.
