Listen to Obituary

Christian Lee Dunn, born July 6, 2005, in Louisville, KY, passed away unexpectedly on March 18, 2026. His bright spirit, boundless kindness, and unwavering passion for life left an indelible mark on all who were privileged to know him. Christian was a shining example of love, dedication, and creativity, whose memory will forever be cherished by his family, friends, and community.

A proud graduate of Eastern High School in 2023, Christian continued his academic journey with determination as a junior at Eastern Kentucky University. An accomplished student, he held a remarkable 4.0 GPA and was an active member of Beta Theta Pi. Christian’s intellect was as vibrant as his warm personality; he was deeply engaged in his studies and passionate about contributing to the community around him.

Christian’s work ethic was just as impressive as his academic achievements. He gained valuable experience working at UPS during peak seasons and spent time at Seward Fishing Resort in Seward, Alaska. These roles reflected his resilience and desire to embrace opportunities, no matter where they led.

Beyond his professional and academic life, Christian was a social butterfly and a beacon of friendliness. He had a welcoming heart and never met a stranger. His love for fishing, swimming, football, and travel illustrated his adventurous spirit and zest for life. Christian had a creative mind, often spending quality time crafting with his beloved girlfriend, Hope. Together, they shared moments filled with creativity, laughter, and mutual support.

Christian’s caring nature touched everyone around him. Whether through his friendships or family interactions, he was a source of comfort and joy. His kindness was gentle yet powerful, and his generous soul always made others feel seen and valued. Christian’s passion extended beyond himself, as he consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to making his school and community better places.

He is survived by those who loved him dearly: his mother Angela Dunn and father Curtis Dunn, his grandparents Patricia and Charles Baker, Lloyd and Sharon Williams, Georgia and Charles Dunn, as well as treasured aunts, uncles, and cousins including Robert Bell, Michael (Leslie) Cole, Amealia (Baron) Lindsey, Rita (DeErnest) Thomas, Bonnie (Michael) Flyum, Alice Dunn, Aleishia Dunn, Shane (Tracie) Dunn, Sharon (Tim) Andrus, Jason (Janiece) Williams, Liam Williams, Sean (Alexis) Williams, Diana Williams, Shaniece Williams, and a close-knit group of 18 cousins. Alongside them stands his devoted girlfriend Hope and a host of extended family and close friends who carry his memory in their hearts.

The family will gather to honor and celebrate Christian’s life at Green Castle Baptist Church located at 4970 Murphy Lane and 4400 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40241, United States. A visitation will be held on April 7, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed immediately by a funeral service from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.

Though Christian’s time with us was far too brief, the echoes of his laughter, the warmth of his smile, and the depth of his love remain eternal. His legacy of kindness, creativity, and passion will continue to inspire all those who were fortunate to know him. We hold onto the precious memories of Christian Lee Dunn, a soul who truly lived life in full color and with an open heart.
