Chester Mills

Chester Stanley "Steve" Mills, age 89 of Prospect, Kentucky passed away Friday, April 16, 2021. Steve was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was a devoted member of Westport Road Baptist Church, an Air Force Veteran and loved football, especially the Pittsburg Steelers. Steve is preceded in death by his first wife, Jean Mills; and his daughter, Suzanne Mills.

Steve is survived by his loving wife, Joyce Mills; sons, Steve and John Mills (Theresa); step-children, Kent Houchin and Rhonda Mann, eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be 4 to 8 pm on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at Westport Road Baptist Church, 9705 Westport Rd, Louisville, KY 40241, and also on Wednesday from 9am until time of service at 11 am. Burial will follow at Floydsburg Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the music department at Westport Road Baptist Church.
