Payne Chester Andrew, 66, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on July 2, 2016. He retired from Swifty Oil and was a member of Valley View Church.
Chester was born on September 25, 1949, in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Rodman and Gladys Payne. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Charles Payne.
He is survived by his loving wife Sandy Payne; two sons, Todd Payne (Shannon) and Scotty Payne (Julie); grandsons, Evan Payne, Samuel Payne, Sean Payne and Silas Payne; and his beloved cat, Yellow Meow.
Visitation will be from 12 noon to 3 p.m. on Thursday, July 7, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272), with his funeral service to follow at 3 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
In loving memory of Chester, memorial contributions may be made to The Kidney Foundation.
