Chester Norman Ambrose, Sr.

Chester Norman Ambrose, Sr., 91, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on April 4, 2017.
Chester was a member of Watterson Trail Church of Christ and he retired from Link Electric Company after 71 years service.
He was born in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Charles and Clara Ambrose. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ambrose.
Chester is survived by his son, Norman Ambrose (Carol); daughter, Debby Kerrick; grandchildren, Christopher Ambrose (Gail), Leslie Osting (Larry), Todd Ambrose, Lauren Kerrick and fiancé, Craig Flaherty and Sarah Kerrick; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 6, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, East Louisville Chapel (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243.) A funeral service to honor the life of Chester will be held on Friday, April 7th at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Resthaven Memorial Park.
In loving memory of Chester, memorial donations may be made to Watterson Trail Church of Christ or Hosparus of Louisville.
