Cheryl Lynn Brown

Cheryl Lynn Brown, 48, of Louisville, Kentucky entered into Heaven on February 28, 2022.

Cheryl was born on October 26, 1973 in Henderson, Kentucky to James and Linda (Johnson) Brown. She worked at Clear Path Mutual Insurance Company and General Electric. Cheryl attended Canaan Christian Church and St. Stephens Baptist Church when possible. Cheryl loved to travel, taking 19 Cruise Ship Vacations all throughout the Caribbean and Gulf of Mexico, as well as making trips to Canada and throughout the US. She loved her friends dearly, and also was a pet lover who loved her cats. Cheryl was an avid University of Louisville Cardinal Fan.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Clem and Pauline Johnson, and James and Fannie Brown; great grandparents, Zella and John Hancock.

Cheryl leaves behind to cherish her memory her parents, James Lee Brown and Linda Carrol Brown of Louisville; aunts and uncles, Virginia Barnes of Holiday, FL, Anna Lane of Dayton, OH, Clem Johnson, Jr. (Mable) of Morganfield, KY, Martha Daniels (James) of Brown Deer, WI, Elizabeth Curry (Thomas) of Morganfield, KY, and William Johnson (Janice) of Sturgis, KY, Robert Willett (Elma) of Woodbridge, VA; Stephen Brown of Woodbridge, VA; Maurice Brown (Traci) of Bellville, IL; Lemuel Brown (Denise) of Elizabethtown, KY; Angela Brown of Morganfield, KY; great aunt, Willie Davis of Morganfield, KY; great uncle, Moses Hancock (Dorothy) of Morganfield, KY; boyfriend, Robert "Bobbie" Logan of Louisville, KY; and a host of extended cousins and family members.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm Saturday, March 5th, 2022 at Brighter Day Anderson Temple Church of God in Christ, 1755 E 8th Street, Jeffersonville, IN. Her Funeral Ceremony will follow on Saturday at 12:00 pm at the church. Entombment will be on Monday, March 7th at 11:00 am at Louisville Memorial Gardens, East, 11601 Ballardsville Rd, Louisville, KY.
