She is preceded in death by her husband Andrew E. Wade, IV, siblings
Charlotte is survived by her daughters, Rosemary Hyson (Brainard), Andrea Chapman (Gary); grandchildren, Adrianne, Monty, Ashley and Amanda as well as a host of great-grandchildren and great-great-grand children.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 pm until the time of the memorial service at 2:00 pm on Thursday, January 23, 2020 at Newcomer Cremation, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive Louisville, KY 40243).
The family requests that contributions in Charlotte's memory be made to The American Cancer Society.
