Charlotte Frances Tweddell, 91, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, December 27, 2019.

Charlotte was born on July 19, 1928 in Petersburg, Virginia to James and Gladys Miles. She is preceded in death by her Husband, Pete Dorsey Tweddell, Father, James Francis Miles, Mother, Gladys Ruth Miles.

Charlotte is survived by her , Sons, David R (Joyce) Tweddell, and Mark E Tweddell, Grandchild, Rebecca (Ray) Lawrence, and Great-Grandchild, Amy Lawrence.

Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Friday, at the funeral with burial to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park & Cemetery.
