Charlotte Ann Gudgeon

Charlotte Ann Gudgeon, 72, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, December 27, 2019. Charlotte enjoyed traveling, especially when it meant going to Florida for the winter. She loved playing Bingo and could often be found looking for bargains at the local Goodwill.

She was born on July 5, 1947, in Jeffersonville, Indiana, to the late Kenneth Mattingly and Betty Jennings Jimmerson. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Rick Mattingly.

Ann is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Ray Gudgeon; son, Tom (Charlotte) Gudgeon; brother, Robert Mattingly; sister, Janet (Kelly) McCormick; grandchildren, Stephanie (Dustin) Purcell, Brittany Gudgeon, Shelby Gudgeon, and Mason Gudgeon; and great-grandchildren, Carlie, Bailee, and Jaxon Purcell.

Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 2, 2020, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane). Her Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home with burial to follow at St. John Pentecostal Church Cemetery in Georgetown, Indiana.
