Charlotte L. Ford, 72, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, June 24, 2019.

She was born on November 2, 1946 in Louisville, Kentucky to Charles Osborne and Mary Lanham. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 47 years, Wesley G. Ford, brother, Ronald Brown, daughter-in-law, Pam Ford.

She is survived by her daughter, Angela (David) Hafling, daughter, Robin L. Clanton, son, Wesley D. Ford, son, Robert D. (Celia) Ford, 7 grandchildren, Chaz Surber, Bradley Ford, Robert (Billie Jo) Ford, Jr., Claudia Ford, Joseph Ford, Alexx Ford, Celeste Ford, 2 great grandchildren, Avery Jo and Robert Ford, III, brother, James Reed (Karen) Brown.

Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Sunday, June 30, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Monday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West in Louisville, Kentucky.
