Charles T. Wright

Charlie T. Wright passed away on December 28th, 2017, at the age of 83 years.
A native of Lexington, KY, Charlie was a graduate of Asbury College. Charlie was also an Army Veteran serving in the Korean War.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Margaret Wright and his grandson, Justin Cooper.
He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Janet; step-sons, Dennis Cooper, Ron Cooper (Sharon Cooper), John Cooper; grandchildren, Jason Cooper (Stacy Cooper), Ashley Cooper, Nicole Shields (Zack Shields), Jonathan Cooper; great-grandchildren, Kayla Cooper, Khloe Cooper and Hudson Shields.
A Celebration of Charlie's life will be held on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 from 2 p.m. - 8 p.m. at Newcomer, Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Chapel (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243)
Memorial donations in memory of Charlie can be made to National Coalition for Homeless Veterans (1730 M Street NW, Suite 705, Washington, DC, 20036)
