Charles Wade "Chuck" Burt, 64, of New Albany, Indiana was called home on Sunday, May 3, 2015. He was born on February 25, 1951 in Vina, Alabama . He worked as a heavy equipment operator and was an Army veteran who served in Vietnam from 1969- 1972. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his loving wife, Tammy Burt; a son, Jeremy Gentry, daughter, Sheena Stoker, son-in-law, Charlie Stoker, 6 grandchildren and a loving mother-in-law, Evelyn Osborn.
Visitation will on Friday, May 8, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home(3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, IN 47150) from 10-1PM with service to follow.
