Charles Thomas Frazier, 66, of Jeffersonville, Indiana passed away on March 5, 2016.
Charles was born on November 5, 1949 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Victor and Anna (Mangeot) Frazier. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Louis Frazier and brother-in-law, John Ernst.
Charles is survived by his daughters, Rachael Marie Frazier, Lisa Marie Wood, sister, June Marie Ernst, nephew, Bill Ernst, niece, Chris Lotze.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2016 from 9:00am until the time of the memorial service at 10:00am at Newcomer Funeral Home East Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to The Healing Place, 1020 W. Market St. Louisville, KY 40202.
