Charles Thomas Smith Sr., 87, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, October 8, 2025. Charles was a retire from Commonwealth Convention Center. Is his spare time he love to run and walk.

He was born on May 14, 1938 in Louisville, Kentucky. He is preceded in death by his Wife, Evelyn Darlene Smith, Children, Marcella Smith, Charles Thomas Smith, Jr., Grandson, Kenny. His sisters Ruth, Atholene, Martha, Helen, Frances, Maria, Lillian and his brothers Julius and James Smith

Charles is survived by his loving daughters, Pamela (Cory) Smith-Wheeler, Victoria Rushin-Smith, and Monica Smith; Grandchildren, Conrad, Kiara, Kori, Cortez, Keisha, Deidra; Great-Grandson, Prince; Sisters, Evelyn "Joyce" Arnold, Clarrissa Bolden as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends to cherish his memory forever.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West in Louisville, KY.
