Charles Daniel "Danny" Payne, Jr., 51, of Borden, Indiana, passed away on Monday, September 16, 2019. Danny loved drag racing, gardening, playing basketball, and, most of all, his four children.
He was born on February 5, 1968, in Louisville, Kentucky, to Charles Payne, Sr., and Linda (Ridenour) Kueber. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Juanita Agan.
Along with his parents, Danny is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Michelle (DeArhie) Payne; children, Cory Payne, Brandon Payne, Ty Payne, and Elizabeth Payne; siblings, Reed Payne, Noel Payne, Sable Eldridge, and Lacey Payne; and grandchildren, Maci and Mia Payne.
Visitation will be from 12:00 Noon to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 22, 2019, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - New Albany. His Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Borden, Indiana.
The family requests that contributions in Danny's memory be made to Kosair Charities.
