Charles "Charlie" Newton, 68, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, November 6, 2020. Charlie enjoyed time on the open road, watching Nascar and drag racing. He also enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
He was born on March 6, 1952 in Louisville, Kentucky to Lawrence and Ida "Sue" (Bivens) Newton. He is preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Newton, mother, Ida "Sue" Wahl, step father Al Wahl and brother, Larry Newton.
Charles is survived by his loving family; children: Chad (Holly) Stewart, Crystal (Jeremy) Carothers and Lorie Bullard. Grandchildren, Jacob (Madison) Stewart, Jarett Stewart, Wesley Stewart, Kennedy Coyne, Andrew Carothers, Rylee Carothers, Hannah (Collin) Dunn, Chase Newton, and Alexus Bullard. great-grandchild, Amelia Dunn. Sister, Cathy (Ebbie) Thompson. Nephews, Josh (Amy) Newton and Cody (Holli) Newton. As well as a host of family and friends to cherish his memory.
His wishes were to be cremated and there will be no services.
