Charles Luther Sharp

Charles Luther "Chuck" Sharp, age 70 of Louisville, passed away Thursday, December 24, 2015. Originally from the Camp Taylor area, he was the son of the late Andrew and Mary Shott Sharp. He was an Army Veteran serving in Vietnam. He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Steve, Laverne, Virginia and Mary Agnes.

Chuck is survived by his loving daughter, Tara Sharp (Ron); grandchildren, Kaitlin (Thomas) and Justin Martin (Kristi); great-grandchildren, Max and Macy Martin; brothers, L.A. (Lily), Jerry (Anita), George (Renee) and Tom Sharp; and a host of relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 2-8pm Saturday, January 2, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive. Funeral ceremony will be there at 11am Monday, January 4th, with burial and military honors to follow at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff, KY.
