Charles is survived by his parents, Charles Edward Boyd, Jr. and Myra Whitney Grant; siblings, Adora Grant and Aubree Hazard.
Visitation will be Thursday, May 12, 2016, at Newcomer Funeral Home SW (10304 Dixie Highway) from 10am-11am with graveside services beginning at 11:30am at Calvary Cemetery (1600 Newburg Road, Louisville, KY).
