Charles Wade Cassady, born on April 12, 1937, passed away peacefully on May 19, 2026. Charles's dedication to his family was among his proudest accomplishments. His commitment and love for his loved ones were a cornerstone of his life, and this devotion was felt deeply by those fortunate enough to share in his company. Beyond his family, Charles had a passion for working with his hands, particularly in the realm of automobiles. He was a skilled craftsman when it came to cars, often found tinkering and repairing various vehicles with a steady hand and keen eye. His talent for fixing and improving things was a testament to both his patience and ingenuity.
In addition to his mechanical pursuits, Charles cherished the time he spent outdoors grilling. Cooking and sharing meals on the grill were activities that brought him great joy, and these moments often became treasured gatherings filled with laughter.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Maude Cassady and several siblings.
Charles leaves behind to cherish his memories, his wife of 69 years, Mauree Cassady; children, Angela Mings, Lonnie Cassady and Brittany Morgan; grandchildren, Aaron Mings, Joshua Cassady, Kara Cassady, Bryce Morgan, Brayden Morgan, Brody Morgan and Brennan Morgan; great-granddaughter, Malerie Mings; 3 sisters; 1 brother and numerous nieces and nephews.
