Charles D. Carr, 62, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, January 6, 2019.

He was born on April 8, 1956 in Louisville, Kentucky to William Carr and Anna Cobb. He is preceded in death by his parents, Sisters, Rosiland D. Carr, and Cynthia G. Carr, Brothers, Michael E. Carr, William D. Carr, Jr., and Gary Carr.

Charles is survived by his Sons, Charles L. Lowe Sr., Andre D. Carr, and Charles D. Carr, Jr., Daughter, Kendra D. Carr, Daryl Horne, Sr., Wife, Nadine Godette-Carr, Parents, Alex Cobb and Rosie Carr, Sisters, Yvonne Carr, Adrianne Carr, Latonya Carr, and Angie Carr, Brothers, Marion M. Carr, Brian Carr, Derrick Carr, Terrance Carr, and Anthony Ray Carr, 20 Grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). A celebration of his life will be at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, at the funeral home.
