Mr. Charles W.Blankenship,Sr., went to be with the Lord Saturday Sept. 10th.
He was a heavy equipment operator and US Army veteran of the Korean Conflict.
Survived by a daughter, Tonya Blankenship; a son, Charles Blankenship Jr.; grandchildren, Jason, Sarah, Gabrielle, Christian, Jordan, Hannah and Adam; and great-grandchildren, Anthony and Mikey.
Funeral service for Mr. Blankenship will be 12noon, Thursday October 15th at Newcomer Funeral Home 235 Juneau Drive with burial in Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation Wed. 3-8pm.
