Charles Albert Biggs, 72, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2019. Charles will be remembered for being a gifted golfer and his fanatical love for the game.
He was born on December 7, 1946, in New Albany, Indiana, to the late Harry and Lillian Alberta (Robinson) Biggs.
Charles is survived by his loving sister, Ann Allen; and his faithful canine companion, Trouble.
In accordance with Charles' wishes, he will be laid to rest privately at Sellersburg Cemetery.
