Charles B Russell, Jr.

Charles B. Russell, Jr. 72, of Crestwood, KY passed away on August 1, 2016. He was a 1962 graduate of Male High School. Charlie was an avid baseball fan and coached little league at Beechmont for many years with endless stories to tell.
Charlie was a pioneer in the auto leasing business beginning in 1974 with River City Leasing, later owning and operating Russell Leasing/Members Leasing.
Charlie was born on December 17, 1943 in Louisville to the late Charles and Hazel (Claunch) Russell, Sr. He was also preceded in death by his step-son, Andrew Doig.
Charlie is survived by his wife of 28 years, Terrie (Priestap) Russell, and a host of friends.
Visitation will be Saturday, August 6, 2016 from 11:00am until the time of the memorial service at 1:00pm at Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church (3301 W. State Hwy 22 Crestwood, KY 40014) with a luncheon to follow at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church and the Oldham Co. Humane Society.
