Chad "Smalls" Smith, 39, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2019.
He was born in Louisville on October 5, 1979. A graduate of Eastern High School, a former employee of Vanaire, he loved all animals and fishing.
Chad was preceded in death by his father Jerry L. Smith and mother, Norma Smith (Rohleder).
He is survived by his son whom he thought the world of, Caleb Anthony Smith, brothers Scott (Gale) and Keith (Tammy), several nephews and a niece.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy be made to Saint John Center for the Homeless Men (700 E. Muhammad Ali Blvd. Louisville, KY 40202) on be half of "Smalls" as he was so fondly called by his friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions East Chapel (235 Juneau Drive Louisville, KY 40243).
