Cesar was born on July 3, 2015, in Louisville, Kentucky.
He is survived by his loving parents, Julio Hernandez and Lacey Moon; siblings, Alejandra Moon, and Deanna Hernandez; grandparents, Archie Moon, Laura Douthitt, Kimberly Moon, Roselia Mendoza, and Jorge Hernandez; aunts and uncles, Ronald Sapp, Shane Washburn, Megan Washburn, Malynn Hernandez (Cesar Hernandez), Rodolfo Hernandez, Israel Hernandez, Jorge Hernandez; and two cousins, Derick Gonzalez and Nuvia Washburn.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday, September 28, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville), with a funeral service to follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be held at St. Andrew's Cemetery.
