Cecilia "Suzi" Muthler Netherton Hamilton

Cecilia "Suzi" Muthler Netherton Hamilton, age 96 of Louisville, passed away December 1, 2017 at Baptist Health East, after a brief battle with cancer. Suzi was a Medical Assistant at Highlands Baptist Hospital for 34 years where she enjoyed helping the patients during their stay in the hospital. She loved dancing, vacation trips and reading Victorian love stories. She was preceded in death by her parents, William C. and Nettie Belle Willis Muthler; two infant sons, James E. and Richard C. Netherton; four brothers, Louis, Albert, Chester and James Muthler; niece, Barbara Gipson; nephew, Chester Thomas Muthler II; and great-nephew, Chester Thomas Muthler III.

Left to cherish Suzi's memory are her daughters, Donna "Lee" Netherton and Sherrelyn Ann Netherton; and her loving companion, Sassy.

Visitation will be 4-6pm Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive in Middletown. A celebration of Suzi's life follow visitation at 6pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Kentucky Humane Society or a charity of donor's choice.
