Carolyn Sluman-Mitchell, 73, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on December 26, 2015.
Carolyn was born on September 5, 1942 in Shelbyville, Kentucky to the late Otis and Blanch (Nation) Wayne. She was also preceded in death by her husbands, Eddie Mitchell and James Sluman, brother, Larry Wayne.
Carolyn is survived by her son, Glenn (Cyndi) Sluman, grandchildren, Taylor Hollowell and Jeremey Coots, and three great-grandchildren, Christian, Cameron, and Cobe Johnson, two sisters, Shirley Ragen and Betty Snider and two brothers, Glenn Wayne and Carl Wayne. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
