Carolyn Anderson, 65, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, November 11, 2019 after a short but hard fought battle with cancer. Carolyn loved her family and had a way with people. She could always bring a smile to anyone.
She was born on January 20, 1954 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late George Wallace Rediker and Malinda Maxine Griffin. She is also preceded in death by her husband James E. Anderson and her companion puppy, Ladybelle.
Carolyn is survived by her Son, James Patrick Anderson (Rebecca), Daughters, Christina Dawn Scott and Marissa Annette Donnelly (Patrick), Grandchildren, LaShae Anderson (Chad) , Miranda Anderson (Jake) , Daniel Scott (Charlie), Bradley Anderson (Courtney), Christopher Scott, Megan Hamilton, Sarah Scott, and Gwendolynn Donnelly, 3 Great Grandchildren, Brother, Wayne Rediker (Janis), Sisters, Rosalyn Jenkins (Wayne), Ruby King (Erin), Gladys Norris, and Marilyn Lawson, Step-Father, Ernest Griffin, Son-In-Law, Leroy Scott, along with several Nieces and Nephews, and countless other family and friends.
A memorial service will be held in the Spring at Bernheim Forest.
The family requests that contributions in Carolyn's memory be made to the family to work towards planting a memorial tree at Bernheim Forest.
