Carol Cummings, 87, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2019.

Carol was born on December 6, 1931 in West Point, Kentucky to Lamar and Iona Peckinpaugh. She is preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Harold E. Cummings.

Carol is survived by her Son, Jerry Cummings, Son, Mike Cummings, Daughter, Tammy (Craig) Gordon, Daughter, Janita (Tony) Gettelfinger, Son, Roger Cummings, Brother, Don Peckinpaugh, Brother, Gene Peckinpaugh, Sister, Janice Powell, eight grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and many close friends.

A gathering for Carol's family and friends will be from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Friday, November 29, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). A celebration of her life will follow at 6:00 pm.
