Carmelo "Carmine" Malluzzo

April 11, 1924 — January 2, 2020

Carmelo "Carmine" Malluzzo, 95, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2020. Carmine was a proud veteran of World War II. In his youth he enjoyed playing hand ball with his friends in New York. He was a loving husband, step-father, and brother that will be missed.

He was born on April 11, 1924 in Bronx, New York to the late Joseph and Emanuela Malluzzo. He is also preceded in death by his Brother, Charles Malluzzo and Sister, Lucy Zucca.

Carmelo is survived by his loving Wife, Marlene Malluzzo, Sister, Theresa Ricci, Nieces, Marian Allen and Rita Ricci, Step-Son, Sam (Michelle) Madison, Step-Grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, and Heather (Alan), and Life Long Friend, Anthony Marano.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - East Louisville, (235 Juneau Drive). His Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, at the funeral home with burial to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
