Carlyle "Bud" Ballard, 82, passed away January 21, 2016. He was retired from Frito Lay and was a member of South Jefferson Christian Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Bessie Ballard; sisters, Doris Johnson and Rosalee Keown.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 63 years, Joyce; sons, Richard (Brenda), Ray (Angela), Russell (Kristi) and Ronald (Sandy); grandchildren, Richards Jr., Christy, Tyler, Aubrey, Haille, Chris, Madison, Lance and Matthew; great grandchildren, Brannon, Jenna, Blake, Autumn and Kaylee.
Visitation will be Saturday, January 30, 2016, from 10am-4pm at Newcomer Funeral Home SW (10304 Dixie Highway) with a celebration of Bud's life beginning at 4pm.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of Sympathy may be made to South Jefferson Christian Church or Hosparus of Louisville.
