Carl Neil Pruett, 72, of Clarksville, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2020. Carl worked as an Electrician at Colgate for 33 years until his retirement. He then went on to work for the former S&S Motorsports and currently CC Powersports in Clarksville. Carl had a passion for motorcycles and dirt bikes and was a member of the Saddleback East Club.
He was born on January 22, 1948 in Seymour, Indiana to the late John and Dorothy Montgomery Pruett. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Arthur Leroy Pruett.
Carl is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Carol Lausman Pruett; daughter, Carrie Lynn (Benjamin) Ellis; and grandson, Gavin Benjamin Ellis.
Cremation was chosen following Carl's wishes.
The family requests that contributions in Carl 's memory be made to the American Heart Association (3816 Paysphere Circle, Chicago, IL 60674).
