Mr. Carl Allen Brewer, Sr., age 66 of Finchville, passed away on Wednesday, September 12, 2012. He was born and raised in Louisville, KY., and was a dedicated family man and friend to many. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin Brewer and Ruby Ashford Brewer Collins.
Mr. Brewer is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Joyce Abell Brewer; sons, Carl Brewer, Jr. (Becky), Bill Brewer, Rob Brewer (Melissa), Duane Brewer (Sarah); his sister, Paula Wallace (Terry); 2 grandchildren, Coty Brewer (Sara) and Tiffany Brewer; 1 great-grandchild, Bishop Brewer; 4 step-grandchildren, Timothy, Jordan, and Logan Coughenour and Jahlen Shehan. He is also survived by a host of relatives and friends.
