Caretta Elain Davis

Caretta Elain Davis, 67, passed away on July 30, 2016 surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was employed with Ward-Edison's Professional Cleaning Service. Caretta graduated from Central High School and served in the United States Army. She had a strong belief in God and worked faithfully at Cable Baptist Church where ever she was needed. Caretta's witty personality was known by many.

Caretta is survived by her daughter, Lisa (David Glenn) Gerton; granddaughter, Raven Merriweather; sister-cousin, Mary Ann (Robert) Spencer; brother, Lawrence (Bernice) Davis of Atlanta, GA; her nurse, Karen Ross and her faithful furry companion, Skyy.

Visitation will be Saturday, August 6, 2016, at Cable Baptist Church, 314 S. Wenzel Street, Louisville, KY, from 11am-1pm with a celebration of Caretta's life beginning at 1pm.

Burial will be at Louisville Cemetery, 1339 Poplar Level Rd, Louisville, KY.
